If you are not based in the main centers, our design staff can still provide the same service over the phone. They will look at your website, and make changes that you will be able to see as you refresh your browser.
We have introduced a new support ticketing system. Using the ticketing system is the fastest way to get support. It's really easy to use, just email email@example.com telling us what you want to know, and which ever support person is free will respond to you.
This really will deliver you the fastest support response, and we can not guarantee the speed of response if you email our personal email addresses. Please understand that our staff may be sick, or on holiday, or in a 2 hour training session with another customer. The new support ticketing system has 4 eyes on it, and often receives after hours attention.
Some tips on using our support desk for faster service:
One great way to drive extra traffic to your website is with an Enhanced Listing on NZS.com (www.nzs.com). NZS.com is the largest searchable directory of New Zealand websites and generates traffic for many keyphrases relating to NZ searches.
For a small investment of $9.95+gst per month (that's a 50% discount on standard pricing), you could generate more traffic for your website and gain an extra SEO friendly link to your website
If your shopping cart uses a GST rate, we will automatically change all 12.5% to 15% free of charge. You should still click publish soon after just in case.
If you use GST inclusive pricing, we can do a global update for you also. The cost will be $20 and we can add 2.22% to all your prices (or any % you request)
Do you want to purchase international domains a little cheaper? Now you can for just US$15 with our affiliate OpenSRS. Once you have purchased one of those domains, you will still need to login and change the nameservers or a-record to ours and also setup the domain name against your webspace in the CMS.

We have added "Google Checkout" to the list of available payment gateways. This is only suited to businesses who have a bank account and business address in the USA or UK.
You can now create events that only happen on a specific day of the week, that repeat throughout the year. This feature is not available with our booking system.
Several other improvements have been made to events booking system, and attendee management and invoice.
We have added a few new editors for editing your content in the Word style toolbar way. These are selectable from the dropdown box at the top right of the toolbar. TinyMCE is our default editor, and is the only one to be integrated with our images/links wizards. The other editors may add a few features that may help some users. Please note that all editors have potential to have bugs in different browsers, and we do not suggest you edit important content with different editors on a regular basis. Some of the editors allow you to change your fonts on individual pieces of text. Please do not use this feature in a widespread way, as it will make your pages difficult to edit. If you want to change your global font, please refer to the design settings area.
The biggest bug that people notice with TinyMCE editor is a spacing issue, where content can get moved around. This typically happens when copy and pasting from another program. Whenever you paste, please use the "Insert plain text option".
Even if you are not using social media yourself, it doesn't mean everyone else thinks the same as you.
The placement of where someone links to you from is important. If someone links to you from their home page, rather than some deep page, obviously that makes your website look more important, and search engines thing the same.
On the flip side, you should link to other peoples websites from your Links pages, or Gallery pages or Advertiser pages. Do not link from your home page nor from your website template. The correct approach for reciprical linking is to each link from your links page to each others home page.
